Pappa Binns. One of the many legendary spots Mr Baillie ran —a proper mecca for party people. It was the place to go if you wanted to know what was happening that weekend.

All the local favourites played—Allister Whitehead, DJ Sy, Graeme Park… unless I’ve imagined that last one. Either way, I loved the place. Met half my mates there—still know them now, 35 years later.
