1. Introduction

Welcome to Jason Groom Designs (the “Website”). The Website is operated by Jason Groom, trading under and on behalf of Nupush Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No.14468868), with its registered office at:
 Nupush Ltd, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Nupush Ltd, the legal entity responsible for all sales, services, and contractual obligations.
 Use of this Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

 

2. Company Information

All products sold via this Website are provided by Nupush Ltd, trading as “Jason Groom”.
 Nupush Ltd is a UK Limited Company, which limits the personal liability of its directors—including Jason Groom—in accordance with UK company law.

Any contractual relationship formed through purchase on this Website is strictly between you (the customer) and Nupush Ltd.

 

3. Products & Print-On-Demand Production

All products are made to order and fulfilled using Prodigi, a trusted global print-on-demand supplier. This means:

  • Product images are illustrative, and final colours may differ slightly.
  • Variations in print, texture, and materials can occur due to manufacturing processes.
  • Each item is produced specifically for your order.

 

4. Ordering & Contract Formation

When you place an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email. This confirms receipt of your order but is not acceptance of a contract.
 Your order is accepted once production has commenced.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary (e.g., pricing errors, unavailable stock, or suspected fraud).

All orders are legally made with Nupush Ltd, not with Jason Groom personally.

 

5. Prices, Taxes & Payment

Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
 We reserve the right to update prices at any time.

Payment is taken at checkout through secure third-party processors (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal).
 We do not store or access your full payment card details.

 

6. Worldwide Shipping & Delivery

Fulfilment and delivery are managed by Prodigi and their global production partners. Delivery times vary by region.

We cannot be held responsible for:

  • Customs delays, import duties, or local taxes
  • Delivery issues caused by incorrect customer information
  • Carrier delays outside our control

Risk passes to you once the order is delivered.

 

7. International Orders & Customs

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
 These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

8. Returns, Refunds & Damages

Because each item is printed to order, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or format selected by the customer

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 14 days
  • Include photos of the issue
  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost

Replacements are produced and shipped via Prodigi.

9. Intellectual Property

All artwork, photography, designs, branding, and written content on this Website are owned by Jason Groom and licensed exclusively to Nupush Ltd.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Nupush Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
  • Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the product purchased.
  • The personal liability of Jason Groom, as a director, is excluded under the protections afforded by the Companies Act 2006.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any rights that cannot be excluded under UK law.

 

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nupush Ltd from any claims arising from your misuse of the Website or breaches of these terms.

 

12. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with security, servers, or data.

We may update or amend this Website and its content at any time.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
