Returns & Refunds Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made through the Jason Groom website, operated by Nupush Ltd (company number: 14468868). As we use Prodigi as our print-on-demand production partner, all products are custom-made to order.

We want you to be happy with your purchase—properly happy—but because everything is produced especially for you, there are a few rules.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or if you're not entirely happy with your order. We will replace it or refund you in full.

You’ll need to provide:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the damage/defect

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. If a return is required, the customer is responsible for returning the item and for covering all return shipping costs, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer, we cannot offer a refund. A replacement can be produced at the customer’s expense.

Refund Timeframes

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Lost Parcels

If a parcel doesn’t arrive within the expected delivery window, it will be considered lost after:

  • 5 working days (UK)
  • 10 working days (EU)
  • 15 working days (Rest of World)

A replacement will be issued once these times have passed.
