Orders placed on this website are fulfilled by Prodigi, our print-on-demand partner, and shipped directly to you. Products are custom-made, carefully packaged, and dispatched from the nearest available production hub to reduce delivery times and environmental impact.

1. Production Time

All items are made to order.
Typical production time: 24–48 hours
During peak seasons (November–January), production may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery windows:

UK

  • 2–3 working days after dispatch
  • Parcels considered lost after 5 working days

EU

  • 5–7 working days
  • Considered lost after 10 working days

USA

  • 7–14 working days
  • Considered lost after 15 working days

Please note: these are estimates and can vary based on customs, local carriers, or seasonal delays.

3. Shipping Costs - currently FREE

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Product type
  • Package weight/size

Some products may ship separately depending on where they’re produced.

4. Packaging

To protect your order during transit, packaging varies by product:

  • Prints & posters: poster tubes with eco caps, or flat cardboard envelopes
  • Canvas & framed prints: sturdy cardboard boxes with corner protection
  • Notebooks, journals & stationery: rigid mailers or cardboard boxes

Packaging is recyclable and plastic-free whenever possible.

5. Tracking

Most orders include tracking information. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

6. Customs & Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside the UK:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may be charged by the destination country.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please check local regulations if you're unsure.

7. Failed Deliveries

If a parcel is returned due to:

  • Incorrect delivery information
  • Failure to pick up from a local depot
  • Refusal to pay customs charges

…we cannot offer a refund. A replacement can be produced at additional cost.

8. Multiple Shipments

If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels depending on availability at different print facilities.
